Trip Organization :

o We offer our tour guests personalized services, flexible choices and a friendly team of local Tuaregs experienced in desert travel with both camels and 4WD vehicles.

o We provide the basic equipment of: mattresses, mat, cups, plates, and utensils.

o All journeys are in reliable 4WD vehicles (Toyota Land Cruisers) and/or atop trained camels fitted with comfortable Tuareg saddles.

o Our vehicles are equipped with satellite phones, GPS and Tuareg drivers with TPS (Tuareg positioning system).

o Our cuisine is based on fresh vegetables and fruits from the best gardens in the country and fresh bread; we try to use as little canned food as possible.

o We aim to make each journey a unique and unforgettable experience for our visitors

    • Please contact us for prices; they depend on the time and number of persons who wish to travel.
    • 30% deposit after agreement and the rest of payment 30 days before the trip.
    • All the trips begin from Niamey or Agadez.
    • Air France, Royal Air Maroc, Air Algerie, Afriquiyah Airways, Point Afrique, Go-Voyages, are among the various airlines offering lights. You may also wish to contact a travel agent.
    • Go-Voyages and Point Afrique charter flights to Agadez from Paris and Marseille.
    • It is possible for us to book your flight from Niger with all these airlines, please contact us for further information.

    Climate:

    December and January : Days 20-25°; Nights 0-10° (Bring warm clothes)
    November and February: Days 20-30°; Nights 8-18°
    March: Days 30-35°; Nights 15-25°


    The rest of the year the temperature can be very hot. We recommend that you not travel in Niger in April through August due to high temperature.
  • Recommended Luggage :

    • Sleeping bag, a hat, sun glasses, water bottle, hygienic necessities, soap, facial tissue, pharmaceutical needs, sun block (at least 35 SPF), chap stick, flashlight or headlamp with spare batteries, a supply of film and spare batteries for your camera, cotton clothing, 1 pair of sandals and 1 pair of walking shoes, and 1 small bag to carry with you all the time. Bring a tent if you have one or please let us know if you need a tent.
